Barn Venue

We recently added 4 restroom stalls in the 2,500 sq ft barn space. Each restroom is ADA compliant and stocked with toiletries and soap for all events who book the entire venue. 

We currently have 30 8ft. banquet style tables, 10 60in. round tables, and 5 pub tables. Our 250 chairs are gray metal folding chairs. We will be increasing our chairs to 350 to accommodate our entire guest capacity.  Tables and chairs are provided per expected guest count. 

We provide the following games for all guests to use during their stay: Cornhole, Hillbilly Golf, Giant Yard Pong, Giant Wooden Yard Dice, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jinga, Wiffle Ball, Soccerball, Basketball, Football

We have a large projector in the barn venue for presenting content during conferences,  displaying pictures or videos, or live streaming sports games.

We have a sound system with microphone inside the venue as well as a portable sound system for outdoor use 

We have a large commercial refrigerator and small refrigerator with freezer for storing food and drinks 

The bar area has a mini fridge for storing beverages

We provide 4 large white coolers for use during all rentals 

We provide a large eight burner grill for guests who request it 

Our patio has two large sets of furniture with cushions for comfortable seating options. Each area of seating has a fire table with extra propane tanks provided 

We have a large selection of life jackets available upon request 

We have two pedal boats provided along our sandy beach area 

We have seating for at least 20 around our fire pit 

We do not provide firewood but there may be leftovers from previous guests

Our kitchen comes equipped with dinnerware for 22 guests, mixing bowls, baking sheets, pots and pans, crockpot, utensils, Keurig with coffee pods and coffee cups. We have all appliances including a dishwasher and supply dishwasher pods and dish soap. 

In our open concept living and dining room we have two large tables seating 16 plus 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Our living room provides comfortable seating and a large flat screen tv with access to HULU for streaming

Our bedrooms are uniquely designed for each season of the year. Each bedroom has nightstands with lamps and tasteful decor.  We provide a generous number of towels in each guest room as well as space to hang your clothing during your stay. Each bedroom has an extra-large mirror for getting ready.

In addition, our couch in the living room pulls out into a sofa bed to allow for 1-2 additional guests.  

We also provide an additional pack-n-play for families with extra little ones. 

We provide ample amounts of toilet paper for our guests to ensure they never run out. 

Each bathroom has a blow dryer. We provide an extra-large mirror in each bathroom for our bridal parties to get ready.
